By placing a paid order online in our online store, via the form section online, email or via WhatsApp serves as an acceptance of our terms and conditions. We will presume that once you paid your order you have read the terms and conditions and agree with them. Please ensure you ask your questions before payment to ensure there is no misunderstandings.

 

Our lead time is 7-14 working days (excluding weekends) unless otherwise discussed. 

 

1. Artwork needs to be sent to us in the right formats SVG, AI, PDF - Should we need to alter your work we will charge a fee starting at R75. Fonts need to be converted and print ready. We will charge an extra fee if we have to find & download your font to fix your files.

2. We do accept Canva files, however you need to send the files in the correct formats and make sure your text is converted. We do accept SVG files and PDF files but note if there is a lot of altering then we will charge accordingly. Canva adds hidden boxed objects around items - using this software sometimes work out more than paying us a design fee from the start.

3. Iboxx Laser will not take responsibility for mistakes made on designs if you have approved the design. Please make double sure of this before approving.

​

4. Once we book your parcel and send you the tracking number it is now your responsibility to communicate with the courier and track your parcel.

​

5. Please remember: Courier is not a service supplied by Iboxx laser & print co itself.  It is an add-on service we outsource to The Courier Guy for the convenience of our clients. Therefore, Iboxx laser & print co does not take any responsibility for any courier related complaints or customer services. We merely package and book the courier on your behalf. For damages or loss of your parcel the responsibility is yours, as client of The Courier Guy, to contact the call centre and handle the complaint/enquiry. We have taken the necessary steps to ensure your parcel is wrapped properly to arrive at your place safely. Unfortunately we do not take responsibility for what happens to the parcel once it leaves our premises. We can not control how the courier handles parcels.

6. We can give you an indication on when we think a parcel should reach you, but it's impossible for us to be 100% correct on when you will receive the parcel - please be sure to order your items in time to avoid disappointment.

7. Collection is strictly on appointments to make sure we are available and ready for you. We unfortunately do not allow collections on weekends unless otherwise organized - should you make an appointment for collection but fail to collect we will charge an additional R50 to your order when collecting as we sometimes left waiting and clients do not show up for collection as arranged - let us know at least a day ahead if you are unable to collect as arranged.

8. We offer designing at an additional cost starting at R300 depending on the job.

9. Discounted prices considered as "bulk" starts from 100+ items.

10. We do engrave on your already bought items, however this is at own risk. We do not take responsibility for any errors and we will not replace any items. The cost for bringing your own item to engrave starts with a flat fee of R150.

11. You can send your own courier to collect but unfortunately we do not allow uber drivers for safety reasons.

​

12. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

13. Iboxx Laser uses the work we make for clients as sample pictures on Social media, should you wish for us to not use your project, please let us know. If you do not say anything we will continue to post pictures. We do keep dates in mind so we mainly post after the birthday/wedding etc.

14. Iboxx Laser reserves the rights to artwork created. All artwork created by Iboxx Laser will remain the property of Iboxx Laser. You may not use our artwork by a different supplier or get someone to alter our work.

15. We have a set rushed fee starting from R250, please make sure you place your order in advance to avoid having to pay this fee.

16. Iboxx Laser and Print Co reserves the right to change pricing without prior notice. Iboxx Laser and Print Co is not obligated to give the customer a product at a certain price if it has been listed wrong - Mistakes happen.

17. All payments required in full up front - due to the nature of our work we unfortunately do not work on deposits. We do however compromise so we are willing to look at lay bye on products should you not be able to pay the full amount all at once. The product will only be made and sent or ready for collection once full payment is received.
