What is a gang sheet? It's a sheet that's 290x1000mm and on this sheet you can tile the same images, add different images in different sizes or fill with various different designs. These are perfect for resellers, schools that need large quantities printed etc.

Below you will find links for A4 designs , A3 designs and a gang sheet setup.

Please review all requirements before uploading.

Sheet Size

290mm x 1000mm

File format

PNG (Preferred) PDF is fine if you know how to convert text etc.

Background

Transparent — no white boxes around designs

Resolution

300 DPI minimum at full print size

Colour mode

CMYK

Text

Convert all text to outlines (vector files)

Minimum stroke

1mm — finer lines will not reproduce correctly

Safe border

Keep designs 5mm from the sheet red edge

Transparency

No semi-transparent pixels, glows, shadows, fades or feathered edges

Mirror view

Do not mirror your designs - we will do that.

Important: Gang sheets must be submitted as one combined 290mm x 1000mm file. Do not send multiple separate sheets or combine multiple jobs into one file. Sheets that do not meet this requirement will be rejected and may affect your production time.

Link 1.
This link is to edit our Canva file. It's been setup in the correct sizes. All you have to do is delete the added text after you read it.Keep in mind that you also need to delete the red border once you're done adding your designs. This same text will be available for you to keep open or print so that you can follow the guidelines while you setup your document.

Link 2.
This link is if you already have your own design software. Open the file and delete the text. Please delete the guideline once you're done.
